Palermo Soho, the fashion district which takes its name from New York's SoHo, is just a stroll away.  This apartment is very close to Serrano Square, which is famous in Buenos Aires for its bohemian feel and unique assortment of restaurants, bars, fashion boutiques and cultures. This apartment is also conveniently located to the subway (the Scalabrini Ortiz station on Line D).  You can shop nearby, at the Alto Palermo Mall, for designer clothing, local and international. The apartment's living room has a large modern sofa and TV, equipped with cable and DVD.  The dining area has a table and chairs for four.  There's a full kitchen with all modern appliances and a breakfast bar.  High-speed internet is also included. This apartment is a one bedroom (double bed) and comes with a fitted wardrobe-closet and a bathroom, complete with shower and bath. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, stereo, linens and towels, security box, laundry area.  You have full privileges to use the solarium and swimming pool on the rooftop terrace. There is 24 hour building Security, 7 days per week.  Maid service is free of charge for stays of 7+ days - please inquire if you need additional maid service.
