It is one of the apartments we have sold and have decorated for foreign investment.

This apartment is also very close to Palermo Soho, the fashion district. Serrano Square, which is famous in Buenos Aires for its bohemian feel and unique assortment of restaurants, bars, fashion boutiques and cultures is also within walking distance. The Scalabrini Ortiz station on Line D (subway) is a walk away from this apartment. You can take a stroll and do your shopping at the Alto Palermo Mall, where you can find designer clothing, local and international. The apartment's living room has a sumptuous modern sofa and mid-sized TV, equipped with cable and DVD.  The dining area has a table and chairs for four - great for dinner parties.  The full kitchen is equipped with all-modern appliances and a breakfast bar.  High-speed internet is also included. This apartment is a one bedroom (double bed) and comes with a fitted wardrobe-closet and a full bathroom (shower and bath). The apartment is equipped with the necessities: air conditioning, stereo, linens, towels, security box and laundry area.  You also have the privilege of using the solarium and swimming pool on the roof of the building. There is building Security, so you feel comfortable, 24 hours a day.  And Maid service is provided free of charge (1x/week) for stays of 7+ days.  Daily maid service is available for an additional fee.  Please inquire.
