The apartment's living room has a sumptuous modern sofa and mid-sized TV, equipped with cable and DVD.  The dining area has a table and chairs for four - great for dinner parties.  The full kitchen is equipped with all-modern appliances and a breakfast bar.  High-speed internet is also included. This apartment is a one bedroom (double bed) and comes with a fitted wardrobe-closet and a full bathroom (shower and bath).

The apartment is equipped with the necessities: air conditioning, stereo, linens, towels, security box and laundry area.  You also have the privilege of using the solarium and swimming pool on the roof of the building.
