Please bring this document signed and dated when you Check-In.
If you have
any questions or concerns, we are happy to discuss them with you. Prior to
sending payment, please confirm vacancy. And please sign and date this
contract when you have reserved your apartment.
Please Note
- One week is considered: 6 nights, 7 days.
- Two weeks is considered: 13 nights, 14 days.
- Three weeks is considered: 20 nights, 21 days
- Four weeks is considered: 27 nights, 28 days
*** High-Season Premium: There is a 40% Premium on Apartment Rentals during the following dates/times: December 19th – January 7th.
(Example: If an apartment normally rents for $500 per week, the price is 500 x 1.4 = $700.)
Deposit and Payment Methods
A 20% deposit of the total amount is required to confirm and hold your
requested dates. Deposits can be made via PayPal, Traveler's Checks, Money Gram
or

Nancy Landi will send you an invoice via e-mail. You can pay with your credit card or PayPal
account easily and securely.
Western Union/Money Gram

(This is important because if you write the payment information incorrectly, we
cannot process the funds, and we cannot reserve the apartment. Thank

How to Reserve:
Please, attach the following information with an e-mail to info@nliproperties.com
- The apartment Code
- The deposit amount
- The names of the tenants and if they are adults or children.
- The city of departure
- The name of the company you represent (important for corporate accounts)
- The flight number and hour of your departure and arrival (we can check on your arrival time if you've scheduled airport van service thru NLI)
- Personal contact information (e-mail addresses, telephone numbers)
- List of extra services you would like (private Spanish lessons, Spanish and Wine School : AEAV language courses , VAN SERVICE , PLASTIC SURGERY, DENTIST, DERMATOLOGY, YOGA LESSONS, TANGO LESSONS, ETC?
- Your cellular number to contact you (very important!)
Check-In & Check-Out
We also require a photocopy of your Passport(s) or National I.D.(s) when you
Check-In.
It is required of ALL TENANTS.
Please have ALL OF THE MONEY you need pay IN CASH, on hand, when you Check-In
Or send , please, the total of the rent before your check in by pay pal, money gram, Western Union.
This is important, because we like to provide all of our customers with prompt
service, and it's probable that we have clients checking-in after you. We
cannot wait more than 30 minutes to complete the Check-In process. If an NLI representative needs to return to
the apartment to collect additional money, there is a $30 PENALTY FEE.
If you need pick up cash from Banks in BA , remember is allowed to pick up ONLY 1000 $ AR.(around 300 usd) PER DAY!
Accommodating more guests in the facilities than what was previously
established in the contract is sufficient reason for eviction. Each apartment
has a maximum occupancy limit. Home owners and Nancy Landi International
reserve the right to refuse admission.
If there are changes to your party,
please notify us as soon as possible, and we will do everything in our power to
satisfy all parties.
Nancy Landi International is responsible for all reservation procedures, for a
specified property for the period stated by the guest. Should there be an
unforeseen event in the property prior to your arrival that will make your stay
there impossible, Nancy Landi International proposes relocating you to another
apartment of similar characteristics and amenities, available at the time of
your trip. We will do everything in our power to satisfy your needs.
Check-Out Procedure: A Nancy Landi International staff member will contact you
and arrange a time to check you out of the apartment, usually
CANCELLATIONS & LEGAL POLICY
All deposits are non-refundable. All sales are final.
Please sign and date this contract and hand it to a Nancy Landi International
representative when you check-in.

Limitation of Liability, Legal Policy and Jurisdiction
Under no circumstances
shall Nancy Landi International or its representatives be liable to any client on
account of that client's use or misuse of or reliance on Nancy Landi
International's services. Arising from any claim relating to this
agreement or the subject matter hereof such limitation of liability shall apply
to prevent recovery of direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special,
exemplary, and punitive damages whether their claim is based on warranty,
contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, (even if Nancy Landi
International or its representatives have been advised of the possibility of
such damages).
Such limitation of liability shall apply whether the damages arise from use or
misuse of and reliance on the services of Nancy Landi International, from
inability to use Nancy Landi International's services, or from the interruption,
suspension, or termination of Nancy Landi International's services (including
such damages incurred by third parties). This limitation shall also apply
with respect to damamges incurred by reason of other services or goods received
or advertised or received through any links provided in www.NancyLandi.com.
This limitation shall also apply, without limitation, to the costs of
procurement of substitute goods or services, lost profits, or lost data.
Such limitation shall further apply with respect to the performance or
non-performance of www.NancyLandi.com or any information or merchandise that
appears on, or is linked, or related in any way to Nancy Landi
International. Such limitation shall apply notwithstanding any failure of
essential purpose of any limited remedy and to the fullest extent permitted by
law.
Some states or other jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of
liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusions may
not apply to you.
Without limiting the foregoing, under no circumstances shall Nancy Landi
International or its representatives be held liable for any delay or failure in
performance resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature, forces, or
causes beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, Internet
failures, computer equipment failures, telecommunication equipment failures,
other equipment failures, electrical power failures, strikes, labor disputes,
riots, insurrections, civil disturbances, shortages of labor or materials,
fires, floods, storms, explosions, acts of God, war, governmental actions,
orders of domestic or foreign courts or tribunals, non-performance of third
parties, or loss of or fluctuations in heat, light, or air conditioning.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of
If any provision herein is held unenforceable, then such provision will be
modified to reflect the parties' intention, and the remaining provisions of
this Agreement will remain in full force and effect. You may not resell,
assign, or transfer any of Your rights hereunder. Any such attempt may result
in termination of this Agreement, without liability to Nancy Landi
International.
