Our Investment
Consulting services are tailored to meet your objectives. However, we work selectively with clients. Before we represent you in purchasing or selling real estate, we require:
- an interview
- a contract
- a non-refundable $250 deposit
The deposit goes towards our commission %, which varies depending upon the needs of the client. Our typical investment consulting commission is 2.5% - 3.5%. The standard commission rate in Buenos Aires for a real estate agent is 3% - 5%.
We work with serious clients who have a long-term perspective on relationships and investments. Nancy Landi International works selectively with clients who fit this model. Our time is valuable and we sometimes receive 50+ investment inquires each week regarding Buenos Aires real estate. We cannot work with everyone.
